“Tidy Turf is the best part of our week. Our yard has never been cleaner—and no more nagging the kids to scoop.”

✅ Yard Respect
We clean the way we’d want our own yards done: no shortcuts, no missed spots, and no mess left behind.
Everything in our Standard Service—designed for real-world yards and real-life mess.
We walk every step of your yard to catch every pile—no “good enough” zones.
Every visible pile gets scooped, bagged, and taken away. We don’t leave bags in your trash.
If there’s visible residue or smear, we rinse it off so you’re not left with a soggy mess.
We sanitize our scoopers and wear booties, so nothing transfers from yard to yard.
We check latches, watch for broken glass, and make sure everything’s closed behind us.
If you’ve got an outdoor bowl and it’s low, we’ll fill it—unless you tell us not to.
You’ll always know when we’re coming, and we confirm when we’ve finished.
Takes Less than 30 seconds. No email required.
How long does it take?
Most cleanups take 15–30 minutes depending on yard size and number of dogs. We work efficiently—but we never rush quality.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your client portal or by contacting us directly.
Will I see the price before you're done?
Yes—your instant quote is accurate for nearly all first-time visits.
If your yard needs extra time, we’ll confirm the final price before we start—so there are no surprises and nothing begins without your okay.
How clean does my yard actually get?
We remove every visible pile and double-check the yard before we leave. Standard service includes a quick rinse of messier spots.
Upgraded plans add a full-lawn rinse, odor control, and even yellow spot repair—so your yard looks (and smells) truly clean.
What if I’m not home?
No problem—most clients aren’t! Just leave access instructions (gate code, key, or lockbox), and we’ll take care of everything.
Is it safe for my pets and lawn?
Yes—all of our products are 100% pet- and kid-safe, natural and designed for use on real grass.
How do I know the job was done right?
We log GPS check-ins, service time, and completion notes—and we always double-check the yard before leaving.
Do you still come in winter or bad weather?
Yes—we work year-round, unless weather makes it unsafe or ineffective. If we can’t clean, we’ll reschedule and let you know.
What if my yard hasn't been cleaned in a while?
No worries—we’ll estimate the initial cleanup based on your answers and adjust if needed once we see the yard. You’re only charged for the service you actually receive.
Do you clean artificial turf, gravel, or other surfaces?
Yes! We clean artificial turf, gravel, and xeriscaped yards—no extra setup needed. Just book like normal, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We’re Heather and Shane—a sister-and-brother team from Eagle Mountain and American Fork—and we started Tidy Turf to make life cleaner, simpler, and a little less “watch your step.”
We wanted a service that felt reliable, thorough, and easy to use—so we built the one we wished existed. Local. Consistent. And a little obsessive about clean grass.
We were raised in a military family that moved all over the world, with a Scotch-Irish mom and an Idaho farm-boy-turned-Army-linguist dad. Maybe that’s where we get our work ethic—and our matching red hair.
We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel—we’re just doing the job the way we’d want it done at our own homes. That means rinsing, rechecking, and handling the little extras that make a real difference. If our dogs or kids were using the yard, we’d want it actually clean. Not just “good enough.”

Heather manages scheduling, service updates, and everything behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. If you get a confirmation, have a question, or need to reschedule, she’s the one making it happen.
She’s detail-focused and people-focused—here to make your life easier from the moment you sign up.
Co-Founder · Field Operations
Shane handles cleanups across Utah and Salt Lake counties with care, consistency, and a serious eye for detail. With two dogs of his own (an Airedale named Suzie and a Bearded Collie named Kylie), he knows how fast things can pile up—and what it takes to get a yard back to usable and fresh.
Tidy Turf is a true family business. Evahn is Heather’s husband and jumps in when we need extra help—usually on weekends or during busy weeks.
His family came to the U.S. from the former Soviet Union as refugees in the ’90s. He grew up working farmland in Washington and Alaska, and eventually settled in Utah.
Now he runs his own material hauling business full-time, but still makes time to help out when we’re stretched—so we never have to compromise on quality or timing.
“It meant a lot to find someone from right here in town, not a random company from across the valley. They actually showed up when they said they would, took their time, and even rinsed the spots my dogs use the most. It’s worth it to hire someone who really goes the extra mile.”
— Local homeowner, Eagle Mountain
“I didn’t expect much more than basic pickup, but it was obvious they care about doing it right. The yard smelled fresh, nothing was missed, and my kids ran out barefoot before I even realized it was clean. You can tell it’s a family business...everything just felt personal.”
— Dog mom, Lehi
“It’s just one of those things I don’t have to think about anymore. They show up on time, do a really thorough job, and we can actually use the yard again without dodging anything. It’s been a huge help for our family.”
— Local Homeowner, Lehi
“We had yellow patches all over from our dog, and I figured they were just part of having a yard with dogs. After one visit, the whole area looked fresher—and a couple weeks later, the green started coming back. I didn’t expect that from a scoop service.”
